IGF-1 LR3
IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Long R3) is an extended analogue of human IGF-1 with an arginine substitution at position 3 and a 13-amino acid extension at the N-terminus. This modification reduces binding to IGF binding proteins, resulting in a significantly longer half-life and greater potency than native IGF-1. It is studied for its effects on muscle hypertrophy, cell proliferation, and tissue growth.
